Ditch the busy!
Someone near and dear to me politely enquired what would I take out of my life in order to fit in a new commitment I have been considering. I was floored. Such a simple and basic question! So obvious! So fundamental. And yet I had no response.
How would I fit it in? Or indeed anything new? I would have to take something out in order to fit something in.

Epiphany! If I took out the nonessential tasks, the time wasting jobs, outsourced (where possible) the time consuming jobs, prioritised the vital over the non essential, I could make space in my life for the new commitment.
But then... wham! Epiphany once again! What if I did this for my life anyway?
What if, even if I wasn't trying to squeeze in one more thing, I still prioritised my life? I can ditch the unnecessary, reduce the daily task clutter, make more time for the awesome I already had. Or just more time for enjoying a cup of tea while staring at the shapes in the clouds.
Genius.
What could you cut out? Right now?
