Take a Moment:

Birds fly, their wings barely more than a blur as they flap frantically at takeoff. Then they come to rest on a branch and with a ruffle of feathers, they settle in. Waiting, watching. Perfectly at peace and utterly still until they need to move again. The epitome of economy of movement, partnered with aerodynamic grace.
